"1 in 5 Bumble relationships end in marriage," an outdoor billboard read during a July golden hour in Downtown Los Angeles. To a couple more-than-friends in mid-2021, the display was another emotional cash grab. A rented Toyota rolled past along with two pairs of eyes and a shared scoff. The statistic is oddly familiar, but not from an ad. Perhaps a birthday party, dinner, graduation, gym sesh, church group, or chardonnay-fueled brunch. The disbelief in becoming a statistic cannot be kept to oneself, and any quality time with a certain couple has guaranteed your place in the algorithm. Inside jokes, shared exploration, unrelenting ambition, and occasional one-sided wardrobe corrections have defined Kate and Nnamdi's five years of shared evolution. United by a pursuit of growth, generosity, and connection, they have strengthened their physical bond, and with Christ at the center, their commitment to each other's spirits. Come August 29th, 2026, 1-in-5 becomes 1-of-1 and this couple couldn't imagine the unforgettable next chapter without you surrounding. We love you.

What time should I arrive? Ceremony begins at 4:30PM, please arrive 30 minutes early.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location? Yes! Both ceremony and reception will be at Chateau Lill.

What is the dress code? Semi-formal. Wear what you feel comfortable and confident in.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?The wedding will be indoor/outdoor. Bring a light layer if needed!

Is there parking at the venue? Yes. Parking attendants will be on-site to assist with parking. Guests are also welcome to use rideshare.

Are kids welcome?While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding, and can't wait to celebrate together!
